How its switch registers
Corsair Vanguard Pro 96 ships with Corsair MGX Hyperdrive, rated adjustable magnetic by this database. Because position is analog, the key resets as soon as it starts rising instead of waiting for a fixed release point. The reason FPS players chase these boards — re-actuation with almost no lift.
Drawn distances are the norm for this switch family, not a measurement of this keyboard. The animation is the same diagram the app uses.
Sound
On the sound model used across this site it reads as thocky · sharp. That is a character derived from its mount, case weight, switch feel and noise rating — it is not a recording of this keyboard.
