How its switch registers
Filco Majestouch 2 ships with Cherry MX Brown, rated tactile by this database. A bump on the stem deflects the leaf, and the snap of that bump is what you feel. A defined ridge partway down, then the rest of the travel opens up.
Drawn distances are the norm for this switch family, not a measurement of this keyboard. The animation is the same diagram the app uses.
Sound
On the sound model used across this site it reads as poppy · bumpy. That is a character derived from its mount, case weight, switch feel and noise rating — it is not a recording of this keyboard.
