How its switch registers
Redragon Nova K709 ships with Dragon Chant, rated linear by this database. The stem slides straight down until its nib touches the leaf and closes the circuit. Identical from the first gram to the bottom — nothing pushes back to tell you the key fired.
Drawn distances are the norm for this switch family, not a measurement of this keyboard. The animation is the same diagram the app uses.
